Australia Post Express Post is available for $14.95.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must be received instore no more than 30 days from the purchase date.  Customers seeking a refund must ensure goods are returned in original purchased condition (tags attached, no sign of wear), with tax invoice as proof of purchase within the 30 day period. 

Please note, for health reasons, underwear, swimwear & earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Other goods exempt from refund are items purchased 'on sale', and gift and homeware lines (unless damaged). 

That Country Shop Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

How to return/exchange items -

In person - please visit That Country Shop, 57 Lyons Street, Mundubbera, Qld 4626 with goods in original purchased condition and proof of purchase.

Via Post - To ensure a smooth transaction, please email [email protected] with intent to return/exchange items.  The purchaser will be responsible for return postage costs and TCS will take no responsibility for lost items so Registered Post with signature upon delivery is strongly recommended.  Additional freight charges will apply if Purchaser would like items exchanged and reposted.  Refunds (excluding postage costs) may take 5-7 days depending on original payment method.
